"Every time I call I am greeted warmly. And any questions I have are answered quickly. They call back when they say they will. I get the service I need, when I need it. The questions answered when I ask with no B. S. or bouncing around. I love this office. They made a personal claim process easy and guided me through the entire process. Excellent team in this office.

Edit: I have been using this office for all of my insurance needs for years now. Stephanie has left and Nicole now takes care of my insurance and she has been exemplary! Always returns calls, messages and emails me promptly. If I make a change online on a weekend she validates it the next business day with a message or phone call. She is transparent and honest which is incredibly valuable as it saves me time, money and avoids confusion. Thank you very much for making the process of insurance easy!

Edit edit: 2026 and still getting the same great care from this office. Matt is filling in for Nicole and has been phenomenal in his personal approach to insurance, responds quickly and answers all of my questions. Daughter purchased a new vehicle and the process of insuring is and getting documentation as well as a drive safe and save beacon were super simple. Took mere minutes to start, approve and finalize the process. This office is excellent. Customer service is top-notch. So much so that even if there were competitive rates elsewhere I am very confident and happy to keep my insurance business right here at Joann Walk State Farm office in Enfield. Home, all my autos are covered here. Thank you for consistently setting the bar higher and higher every year."
